The location of the hotel was good. It started with parking. Though the hotel claims to have parking, when I reached, it was a struggle to find a parking. I recommend that those traveling with car should not consider this hotel. Then, the lift was not working for about long 30 minutes or more and there is only one lift - ended up in waiting at the lobby with family during this time as our room was on 5th floor. Finally when I got the room, I found that most of the positive reviews available at booking, com are fake / managed. The room is not worth more than ~Rs. 4000 as against the price of 14k. Tried the restaurant at the hotel for dinner and food was horrible and the price was very high for that food. If you are really lucky, you get continuous hot /water in the bathroom. Hot water keep stopping while having a bath - if some other room use hot water, suddenly hot water pressure drops and cold water come in the shower- imagine that situation on a December morning!! Worst of all, the water stopped completely (hot & cold) during the bath and I had to manage with bottled drinking water to finish the bath!! This booking really spoiled my Jodhpur visit and I would recommend everyone to avoid this hotel.
