The hotel facilities are excellent, featuring a gym, a swimming pool, and a spa, among other amenities. The staff service was consistently good, and the team was very attentive. It's not that I didn't like it, but the breakfast was entirely vegetarian. It would be nice if they had some options for people who aren't vegetarians.

Nothing The check-in staff was deplorable. We had requested twin bed s for triple occupancy and verified that they will be able to accommodate 3 adults via a phone call because messages through booking.com resulted in ineffective auto reply. Instead, we were given a king bedroom and a roller bed after waiting for 2 hours. The roller bed was broken ( apparently was missing a wheel and an additional stiffner bolt) ) when we tried to use it, my dad fell in the ground.. we had to ask for another roller bed. After all this the duty manager kept saying that the size of the room will not change when the size of the room was not the issue. If the hotel staff during our booking inquiry would have communicate the specifics of triple occupancy, we would have sought another hotel or required a second room. Additionally the delay in getting the bed was simply unacceptable- I had to go back down twice after check in and finally ask for the manger to even get the roll away bed Worst experience and value for money.. Will not be recommending this to any of our associates.:

The location was central, the property was well managed. Rooms were good and the hospitality team of Suraj, Simran at the front desk & Drumbo in the restaurant along with Vijay took care of us. The food at the restaurant Ektara is particularly ? with a number of vegetarian options.

Hotel is nice, location is good. Food was excellent. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. We booked a non-smoking room, but we were given a smoking room for first day of our 3 days stay. The room condition was not up to mark. We were told that the hotel was sold out. Bathroom is too small in this hotel, very uncomfortable.

The breakfast service was the exact opposite of dinner service. Sunil and Prince were very attentive and serviced us promptly. Truly an exceptional experience. Dinner service was meh, as the waiter got our order wrong and made multiple mistakes throughout.

We did experience some noise issues. First night it was some furniture being moved on the floor above us making it difficult to sleep. I let the staff know. Second night no issues.
