Nothing Location, no hot water, no working lift, no good TV service, too much noise due to the railway station just behind the hotel

The entire hotel was good. Food quality is not very well and there service also not comfortable. They ate serving very late. Food supply was delayed.

1) The Railway line is just next to the hotel and could not sleep at night 2) Google Location is incorrect 3)Hotel City Square and Hotel City Centre are the same and no display of City Centre is there.

rooms was not clean . room had always bed smoking smell. bed and bedsheets was not clean and neat . very bad smoking small in the room .

I was told pr pay extra 1200 for room and in cash not online as told by manager even I submitted 2 ID but they registered room only for me and I was forced to pay extra money in cash only
