The staff was exceptional but not all of them. The room wasn't that clean and even they do room service they don't clean properly and the service i got when going for breakfast was not good half the time.

Next time I want a room with a view into the main street.

The people were amazing. Everyone treated us with kindness and respect. Customer service was excellent. The sheets didn’t feel or smell clean, the towels were very thin, the toilet made noise all the time, sound coming from the street kept us awake - even with the window closed, the lighting was very poor.

Everything, the parking is very poor, not safe ,dirty ,far from the room , The hotel is next to the bar lounge, i did not feel safe. What I saw on the picture is different from what I saw in person, nje I was not impressed

The noise was mostly due to ongoing construction work. The breakfast was good though they took long to prepare I expected rooms to have bar fridges and coffee tables.

Cozy rooms but the rooms don't smell nice especially the bathroom. It's not sound proof,we could hear a couple next door having sex.We had to listen to that the whole night.

I wouldn't call that breakfast! It was bad! It's a place for leisure, has a 24/7 club, apart from the one across the street! The noise my Good God??? TV and Heater no working. Wooden floors on a cold weekend. No mini fridge.
