Firstly, we arrived 20 mins early , our check in was from 13:00 to 14:00, however the rooms weren't even ready we only got our room at 13:25. On Sunday there was church at the premises, which we were unaware of, and the music was extremely loud, also could hear the washing machine at 4am in the morning

The place is beautiful but housekeeping seems a challenge. I found tablets on the side of the bed The towels are way too old and very scratchy

Mediocre The 24 hour surveillance in person, also staff counting us , always in the way with pictures. Waiters were not informative and we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome as the staff member said goodbye at 8am in the morning before bath or breakfast. The note that if you mess with the linen you pay R1000 made me left the kids alone as I had makeup on was scared to mess your . linen. There was no tissue in other rooms.

Staff, facilities and food were great! Beautiful Garden The airconditioning didnt work for several hours during the night (not related to loadshedding), and there was no fan, sleeping was very uncomfortable in the heatwave. Would recommend requesting a room with a fan.

A turn off and inconvenience was that my room ddnt have a window, had to use thee sliding door of thee room for freshair and now opening the door isnt comfortable.

No Staff to receive us, only security guard. Bed is too short Kettle not working, no plug for ladies to put hair dryer, actually used next door room. we should have been placed in a better room, since they were nearly all empty, maybe why there were only 2 tenants.
