Very comfortable bed and room size The carpet in the room was dirty. I got lost in the basement looking for correct lift to reception. Getting charged for room service. Limited breakfast options

Peter, the manager is an epitome of customer service and hospitality, together with Vusi; Angel & Thabo from food and beverage. I had an excellent stay and can't wait to return. Nothing.

Spacious beautifully appointed room and gorgeous grounds. Not the fault of the hotel but Joburg has a major crime problem so it’s not safe to walk around the area

Don’t use the hotel for day trips although our driver was great the cost is not comparable to other options - dryer didn’t work in the room.

The staff at check-in and check-out left a lot to desire. Had to request a late check out several times before it actually happened. We put a credit on the card when we check-in but for some reason they cancelled it without informing us...this lead to confusion at checkout.

The golf club being so close is amazing. A beautiful property with lovely surroundings. The steam and sauna were not always available to use (not turned on).

Property is stunning. Check in was smooth. Staff absolutely could not be more polite and professional. EVERYONE seemed to go out of their way to make sure you were happy and had everything you needed. Food in Nova Bistro was outstanding. Views from our room were spectular. To be completely honest, the only thing we could even nit pick was maybe have steak knives a little sharper. In other words, there is really nothing about this property not to like.

For checkin , I was an hour early and my room was ready. The breakfast was great. I liked the variety. The restuarant staff was very friendly. Room service was on point. The complimentary checkout time until 12h00 Upon checkout, we waited for a while for a porter.

Beautiful hotel- spacious rooms and well maintained. Breakfast is lovely including a super vegan option- tasty avocados! Food quality for room service is excellent and great halal options too. The golf club is fabulous and easy to get to in a buggy. Excellent gym and spa although book treatments early. Sauna/steam weren’t switched on when we wanted to use them. It was a public holiday so perhaps this was due to limited staff.
