Bad bugs problem is ongoing there ... I visited 3 times and found this repeated issue which needs to be fixed on priority.

I Loved the food and also the staff was very friendly. My room had no fridge, that was a bit of a turn off as we had to buy ice to keep our drinks cold.

5th floor rooms are a smoking area, if you not a smoker it can be disgusting. But no one to blame I booked it blindly. However the room inside was clean and not smelly.

Breakfast was delicious- the chef makes a great omelette. The staff is friendly and honest! They don’t do room service. You have to “call and collect.” None of the staff members are allowed to assist with carrying of luggage to or from the rooms - according to the staff all guests must push those heavy trolleys full of luggage themselves.
