The wifi is super slow... The tv doesn't work.. I even replaced the batteries to the remote controller and there's no cabinets or wardrobe to put in your stuff and no mini fridge or mini microwave and if you're a big.. There's no space to accommodate you..

No breakfast available at resort, however bottomless tea and coffee is available, I prepared my own breakfast.

I booked online at Sun1 Berea only to arrive there with no water and electricity and was transferred to Sun1 Grayston so far away from braamfontein where I was actually going... I booked for smoking room and given non smoking room... But staff was friendly To be notified in time that I should look for new place not drive from free state and only find out that the place it's two days without water and electricity

Nadia has a very beautiful clean well kept apartment,she is very hodpitable n helpful The reception guy was very rude

Good location,safe parking,clean facilities,kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Friendly staff cant complain. One towel. Had to share one towel with the kids.

Customer service I was transferred to EcoMotel, at my own expenses because they had a power issue. Saying they tried calling, they could have exhausted all means of communication, because I provided my email.
