The surrounding area isn't really esthetically pleasing , but this place a true hidden gem .

Unfortunatelly the area is not one of the safest in Johannesburg but during day time we had no negative experiences. An other thing was the TV, the quality of the image was very poor.

The fact you could hear every single little thing happening next door or outside.

It was safe, once inside the building. There is an excellent restaurant and spa. The kitchen wasn’t well stalked with items to cook with.

The loft was spacious, very nice, kind of rustic which we liked and filled with the necessary items for family use. My kids really enjoyed the TV (netflix) and sofas. The neighborhood was a bit scary and dirt. Not a pleasant view. Kind of hectic. Maybe there needs to be a more throughout cleanliness of the place as we saw a couple of insects in the place and there was a dirt chair, perhaps from the last guest.

WE NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO ORDER BREAKFAST, BUT WE OREDERD DINNER, I MUST SAY IT WAS VERY GOOD. WE APPRECIATED HAVING BEOING SERVED IN OUR COMFORT ZONE WITHOUT HAVING TO GO OUTSIDE AS THE SORROUNDING AREA WAS QUITE SCARY. THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS OINLY BLOWING COLD AIR YET IT WAS COLD ON THE DAY SO MAYBE IF THEY COULD FIX THAT PART.

RUN AWAY - DO NOT STAY HERE - BED BUGS This was a nightmare experience. I was bitten repeatedly by bed bugs, including on my face. My body is covered in bites, my vacation was completely ruined, and I am terrified that my luggage may now be infested. The situation became so unbearable that we were forced to leave the hotel at 3:00 AM in the middle of the night. On top of that, the area felt very unsafe, which only added to the fear and stress. Despite everything, the hotel refused to refund the full stay. No empathy, no responsibility. Please save yourself the trauma and do not stay here.

Bed bugs I had bed bug bites all over my body, even on my face after 3 hours in the bed. My vacation was completely ruined, and I’m now worried my luggage may be contaminated. The area felt unsafe, and the hotel refused to refund the full stay despite the situation. Do not stay here.

The rooms are quite nice, cleanand big with amenities. Staff are good and friendly It’s in a pretty unsafe area so it’s difficult to walk outside the hotel premises. Although there are some nice halal restaurants nearby in walking distance.
