Well we were put in a room that

It was relatively close to the event I was planning on attending. The proximity to the airport was also very helpful. The room was unclean. There was bleach, or some other harsh chemical puddled on the bathroom counter, something black splattered all over the bathtub facucets and sink handles. The room smelled like burning plastic/sour when the bathroom fan was on, the floors were sticky, the door didn't secure well, and the overall setting did not feel safe.

This was one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The listing said it was a king sized bed and a double BED but it was a sofa bed. No sheets to be found. It took the staff an hour to bring sheets and a rollaway bed, but the rollaway was so dirty there was no way I was putting my kids on it. I put a double layer of sheets on the disgusting sofa bed mattress. Told the staff and they gave me a half hearted sorry. I’ll sleep in my car before I stay here again.

The room was clean, linen well washed and pillows and bed comfortable. Tha breakfast was excellent, too. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and very comfortable. Access great. Wifi signal was spotty but it was okay. Staff was very helpful and professional. They accommodated us great for late check in after . Will stay when we come again.

The hotel was very old and had a terrible odor. The floors in the room were sticky. The linens were stained and dirty. The lights didn’t work. There was only a working lamp. I did not feel safe at all. The guests were standing in the parking lot and all along the walkways smoking and obviously high on drugs. It was absolutely scary. I immediately left my room after walking inside and got in my car and left. I booked another room at a different hotel. Please do not stay here.

Terrible place, not safe

This property is in need of a total rehab! Here are some specific examples: the microwave oven works if you hold the plug in the electrical outlet, the refrigerator wobbles when you open or close the door, rain came in the front door leaving a large puddle of water in the room, no cups for water or drinks, food crumbs were in the cushions of the two chairs, the floor lamp had a greeting taped inside the shade but was misspelled and looked stupid.

The bed was very comfortable

Front desk staff did their best to help. Rooms/bed was dirty and need renovated.

Nothing!’ The place was dirty , scummy feeling and some of the guests were living there and on drugs heavily. One woman was tripping on drugs outside of our room. Just a horrible experience.

The iron handle yellow, there was a stain on my sheet. Checked in for 4 guests and the room only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. There was no preparation for the our stay. We walked into a very hot room without the aircondition on for our arrival. For the price I paid expected a much nicer place, room and experince.

The bed was good It had two very small trash cans along with no toilet plunger and had to go find one with a ghetto door knob to the bathroom and it was just not what I expected for what I paid for

Room was clean. Staff nice. Was really noisy at night though.
