Was told that my reservation did not go thru had to get a hotel room at another hotel. The place was locked up tight when I got there. No one to talk to. But my bank account was charged for the room that I could not access.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast bar was good. The swimming pool was dirty and every single chair out by the pool was broken. This was a big disappointment.

Location was perfect for our stay Could have more outdoor seating other than pool area. Only 2 chairs out front and most the chairs at the pool were broken

Staff was friendly, but pet fee is higher than other places. Also, the room smelled funny and was very small. Not usual for a Hampton. Breakfast was mediocre but the coffee was good.

Overall it appears to be recently updated and had a well working ac unit in our room. Besides a few obvious cleaning misses, it seemed to be clean and critter free. We would stay again. We stayed one night on a work related trip. Leftover food from previous guest was found in drawers and drinks in the fridge. Toilet paper was not on the holder and had been opened/used previously. Some easily “overlooked” items looked like it had not been cleaned in a while and had a coating of dust. There also was not a lot of option for lights, so it stayed pretty dark.

We loved the amenities and the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Didn't like the smell of the room but we dealt with it for one night.

Not good. Everything had to be microwave. The maintenance man walked in our room while I was using the bathroom. He did not knock. I didn't request service for our room.
