Did not use room. Tried to let staff know and cancel reservation but would not refund my payment. Had to pay an additional $200 to stay at Hampton Inn at 2am on the morning. I would never use this hotel again. The lady at desk was pleasant but couldn’t or didn’t offer any solutions.

The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean everything was. My room was spotless, and the bathroom was one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. I'm very particular about hotel bathrooms, and this is one of the rare places where I would have actually been comfortable taking a bath in the tub. The entire property, including the office and common areas, was clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, bagels, butter, cream cheese, and plenty of other options. Everything was fresh, and it was a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to recognize Jay, who I believe is the owner. He was fantastic and genuinely cared about his guests. McKayla, the head of housekeeping, was also incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great breakfast and an outstanding staff, I highly recommend the Quality Inn in Johnson City. I'll definitely stay here again!

Dirty rooms,roaches. Rooms had bad smell. People up in the desk are rude. Homeless people coming in and getting breakfast when they are not staying in the hotel.

Location -Very poorly maintained. Dirty carpet. Broken floor lampRefrigerator missing a foot, so it wobbled and nearly fell over every time you opened the door. Bathroom damaged, wouldn’t shut. Tub had a hole in the side. Washcloth had makeup on it. Electrical plugs were so loose the plugs kept falling out. Toilet seat was unnaturally low to the floor. Breakfast was advertised till 9:00, but was completely depleted by 8:30. And much more….
