saya ambil 3 bilik untuk 3 hari 2 mlm, ada 1 bilik yang sampai kami check out tiada TV, TV rosak katanya akan dibaiki/tukar tp sehingga check out tiada tv..di bilik lain siaran TV jump2 mungkin wifi x cukup coverage, nak tgok cerita semua x faham sbb siaran terhenti2. selain tu hotel ni tiada sediakan kettle.

Its such a hassle for guests to have to check in ourself using the self checkin machine( i find it stupid and why do you have a receptionist then? You are troubling your guests. The receptionist is not busy at all so free sitting there why we need to use the machine and self checkin? If its a busy day at the counter then i understand maybe we can try other alternatives such as the self checkin machine but the receptionist was so free and i just dont get the idea. This is so stupid. After 9pm theres this room attendant guy sleeping at the counter cant even speak english!???? Everytime sleeping at the counter wth?? This is such a bad and dissppointing experience and I really think could be better. please la you dont have receptionist at night time and you put some random china guy at the counter who cant even speak or understand englishh ?? Legit do something about this!
