Very noisy (can hear all the traffic), smelt cigarette smoke near our room, showering in bathtub was not safe for us in our older age, didn't give more than two bottles of bottled water a day, staff not very friendly.

The refurbished rooms are nice. The swimming pool was not up to expectations

Good location, walking distance to KSL. Room very comfortable and spacious. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner can be cooler. I have to on my fan in order to sleep.

Worse of all, this is the first hotel in my life that does not have a central lamp. You cannot see anything beyond the mediocre yellow lamps provided. It's almost as if a white centre lamp will unmask the hygeine condition of the room. Worse of all, you have to stand inside the bath tub to take a shower. As the Plastic tub creaks under your foot, you have to pray that you dont trip as you walk out from the wet tub to a glossy tile floor that will trip anyone beyond the age of 40. You can see from the fungi encrusted tub that you are highly recommended not to use it , especially every tenant dipped their foot in the tub. To add on the bad experience, the Central Aircon is totally busted. The mould from the aircon is visible even under low light conditions. You cannot feel that the room ever dip below 23 celsius even with the air con on full blast. The sheets are thin and questionably. Its a high misnomer to call this place a hotel. While this room is not renovated, you cannot expect to charge anyone 200 per night for this level of hygeine and cleanliness. Even hostels with around 100 RM per night have better conditions. This accomodation has the potential to permanently ruin the trip for any guests, I will not recommend anyone booking the place.

Location was good. Beds were firm and comfortable. Our room's air conditioning was not working. When I told the staff, the front desk staff sarcastically asked me if I turned on the air cond. Then when they came to check the room, they insisted that it was ok. However, the corridor was cooler than my room. So they wanted to put me in the next room... air cond was ok but phone wasn't working. They had to switch me one floor up. Everything was working, except the hair dryer. I paid extra for their "newly renovated rooms" but it seems that the renovation was superficial. Towels were stained with black marks and weren't white. Toilet door was the old ones as they were peeling from the sides. Bed sheets were also stained.

Affordable room price with bathtub. Bathroom smell unpleasant expect from the curtain itself. Please regular check on this. Other than that is good.

Walking distance to KSL mall and Taman Century night market, spacious and clean room The hotel interior is old and quite outdated especially the bathroom
