location and worth of rate. Never take a room facing the main road. It's hysterical with motorists raking their motor through Tabrau Highway. inter room smoking, even though you asked for non smoking room, you are inhaling secondhand smoke.

Both the room and bathroom were claustrophobic. No cupboards in either room or bathroom.

I booked 2 dates. Which I suddenly book 2 days later and the staff claimed they can't help me. Unless we make payment thru them and whoever book via website will not be entertained.

convenient location near CIQ and food options nearby Toilet was small and mouldy and found a tapeworm at the toilet drain. Beds were very hard and pillows were dirty with some black stains on it

The location is not suitable for those who want to stay alone or have a baby/small kid. Really not recommend it

Excellent cleaningness. AC, water heater, hair dryer funtioning well. Overall everything is good for the price. Difficult to park, 3 storey hotel i dont see there is any lift at the hotel, have to carry luggage to L3. Can hear some noise from the road

its clean and stylished were near the road. i hear all the vehicles noises and the bathroom is bit small without partitions to the toilet.

I liked the bed as it was comfortable and spacious than i expected For those we wants/need aircon to sleep, the aircon positioning is not towards the bed which will be pretty warm when you sleep.

Night shift front-desk is a grumpy and rude old uncle. Keeps coughing like hell. Room was filled with cockroaches and sheets were stained

No water when we are there, as their water pipe burst. Room was smelly.

Cheap price Good location (near checkpoint) Free wifi (connection is decent) Basic amenities provided (soap, toothbrush & toothpaste with electric kettle & hair dryer) Aircon was too loud, could barely sleep at night. Room was not soundproof at all, could hear clearly when there were people outside talking/opening&closing door & taking the stairs. Bedsheets & pillowcase felt like they might not have been changed to clean ones. There were still a handful of visible hair & dusts etc on them. No lift and reception area has no aircon. Luckily I stay first floor only so there's only 2 short flight of stairs. Toilet do not have any ventilation to the outside. Cup had some sort of smell even after washing.
