The price and the aircon the hotel cleanness is bad, have small cockroach, the bed is not very clean, and the room floor is partially good of clean, the acoustic treatment need to be improve, the corridor have people talking loud, and in the room can heard clearly the conversation on the corridor

The Entire stay. We couldn’t even sleep at night due to the voice.

Very dirty and broken place, looks nasty and the sound of other rooms are easily heard, crazy, full of bugs and smells and dusts too

No Whole hotel is dirty the moment you walked in, aircon not on, reception area is dirty, spoiled and dirty sofa at the resting area and many trash outside the hotel main door. Hotel room is too small and dirty with no ventiliation at all. Toilet walls, floors were dirty and pipe were leaking dirty water all the time. Water facet was rusty and dirty. Mirror is dirty and cracked like a horror movie. Bed is dusty and blankets are filled with stains. I checked in to the hotel and checked out immediately.

Nothing - Staff is not polite, not professional trained. - Room fully wall damaged, I dont dare to put my stuffs near the wall. - Door has mold - Dehumidifier does not clean, clogged wth dusts and not dehumidify too. - There is only has one family room (4 pax) and it is located at first floor which window is pointed to the back alley. You can hear bike passing by and get insects flying from the dustbins - Shower does not have any stuffs, only one shower gel and toilet paper (used and not even changing a new one for us to use too) - Water bottle provided for you to refill the water from the water dispenser in the kitchen, but the water bottle is dirty, not cleaned - Cups provided also dirty - Bed are so dirty, i get itchiness and not comfortable sleeping on it - Towels are yellow stains - Odor moist smells, with other old furniture kind of smells too - Door lock seems been cracked before, feel unsecure during my stay. I bring my vulnerable stuffs around and not leaving in the room - NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL
