2. There's an odour when you enter downstairs. Maybe the management can do something about that.

The capsule door made some noise when you open or closed it.

The capsule is very secure. A key card is used for entry into the pod, and locks once you’re inside. The same key card is used to open your locker and to enter the hostel, a code used when you first arrive. The pods are cool, with lights, a mirror, one plug and two USB outlets, and very spacious once inside. There is also a female only bathroom, which I m grateful for. There is no staff on site, as it is just codes provided to retrieve keys. When I did have any real issues, the whatsapp number I texted was helpful. The whole place needs a good cleaning. Pictured, was a cleaning cloth i used to clean just one panel of the inside of the capsule. The hall way smells of cigarettes and bathroom. They also keep the rooms very cold, which can be nice, however the blankets are very thin fleece and not long enough to cover much, even for me being short, and the towels provided are old and next to see thru.

There were no staffs so if you have any questions, you have to use WhatsApp

Capsule space and organization is very nice and comfortable. Clean enough. Blanket and towel are provided. Restrooms are clean. There is safe parking area, grocery and restaurants around the hotel. WhatsApp Assistance was prompt and effective as well. N/A There was nothing relevant to highlight here. Of course once you decide to try capsule you have to set the right expectations accordingly.

Please take note on the cleanliness of capsule. Small cockroach could be found under the mattress. Since it was midnight, staff could not be contacted for a clean up.

Very affordable & reasonable price and yet you have your own capsule space to yourself. Water dispenser make it handy for quick refill. Shower was with heater too. There are pharmacy right down stairs where you quickly grab some supplies during business hours. Sound proof wasn't good, able to hear coughing, snoring sound and the sound of door open & close were quite loud during midnight. Totally understandable since it was a shared room with plenty of capsules in it.

I loved the ambient music i the locker room. Everything is super clean. Host is very friendly and communicative person.

Good customer service. Clear self-checkin instruction. The cleanliness of female shared bathroom is acceptable. Food stains inside the capsule. Poor sound insulation. Unpleasant smell in the common area.

I like everything This can be the best quality hostel for those who love to travel. Very clean comfortable bed. hot water The location was very good. I stayed for three days and I liked it very much.

Real budget Design placement not user friendly, shared toilet need to be cleaned more thoroughly
