I really liked everything about the property until it was time to go to bed. I heard noises all night from guests above me and beside me. Not partying or loud music but constant thumping and stomping around. Opening and closing doors; it was as if they never slept. The sounds lasted til 2:00am and then began again at 4:00am. I had my dogs with me and they barked every hour at the noises. I didn’t fall asleep until 6:00am with a pillow over my head. With only 4 hours of sleep after an 8 hour drive and an equally long haul the next day, this was the WORST night sleep I ever got in a hotel.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. What I did not like was when I first walked into the Hotel lobby the area looked unkempt and dirty. Then the bathroom shower in my room had black mold around the lower shower and the lower soap shelf. Not my usual experience for a Hilton Hotel. It was otherwise clean not exceptional but clean.

We both got a good night sleep the king mattress was just right. Showers were perfect. Everything was clean when we got in there. And last but not least, we enjoyed ourselves and the continental breakfast was great. Thank you. Nothing

They do not have a hot tub despite the outdated picture clearly showing a hot tub. They did have one but filled it in. I contacted Hilton about it but they couldn’t have cared less.

The front office, particularly Christine, went out of her way to get us settled into our room despite the hotel’s server being completely down. This prevented the issuance of physical room keys, however, Christine went above and beyond to help us navigate the Hilton Honors app to facilitate use of an “electronic” key.
