Had a strong cat pee smell in one corner of my room. I guess the previous guests before me had a cat who decided to mark the territory. Also, I was told by the front desk that they clean rooms every other day. On day 3, I placed the dirty towels on the floor in the morning expecting for the room to be cleaned by the time I got back in the evening. To my surprise, no one came to clean the room that day. I called the front desk. They asked me if I had a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. I told them I had it on during the night and it was removed at 10am when I left the hotel. The front desk lady said: "That's why it wasn't cleaned". Really? So their cleaning window is somewhere after the sunrise and before 10am? From 10am to evening - was plenty of time to clean my room, but it wasn't done. They send someone to bring me fresh towels and take out the trash, but no cleaning was done that day. The room was cleaned the next day, one day before my leave. So, out of 5 days and 4 nights me staying there it was cleaned only one time.

The staff was so helpful and super pleasant. I stayed in room 341, and it has a musky smell. Don't know if it comes from the ac unit.

I love the fact that the staff was really nice and friendly this was our second time staying there and each time we have stayed the staff has always been on point and make you feel very welcome if we when we go back to Plainfield Illinois again we will be staying there because I love the fact that the rooms are very spacious and that means a lot for me being in a wheelchair

The rooms were very clean and roomy. Like a mini apartment. Breakfast buffet was excellent and set up great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We didn’t use the swimming pool but from our observations, the pool would’ve been a great place to swim too. Staffs were friendly and respectful. I didn’t like the standing bathroom.

The staff was genuinely helpful and communicated everything I needed to know. Above and beyond courteous and nice. I wish the breakfast started earlier. We checked out at 6:15qm and the breakfast wasn’t out.

I know this is a pet friendly hotel but there should be rooms for people who are allergic to cats, as I am. I walked into the room, laid in the bed and my eyes swelled up that fast. Less than 2 minutes. I know it is pet friendly but I thought it would be cleaned more thoroughly. The staff there were fantastic and cancelled our week long reservation. I can’t talk highly enough about the staff. Thank you to them again. Just look for a hotel that doesn’t allow pets if you are as allergic to cats as I am.
