staffs were so nice and cooperative. Walking distance from the sea beach. Breakfast was good. Room size was so big and met expectations. I would recommend to other. Almost everything was fine. Only the lift is so old and no balcony at the property.

the location was not far from the beach, down a side road. the room was on floor 7, so good views over the area. The room had 2 queen beds, good for the 2 boys as they're small but we normally have a super-king so space was tight. Large room, airy, spacious. okay, so can we blame the hotel? Possibly. the access was in a tiny lift or a spiral metal framed staircase. I use a small wheelchair that barely fits in the lift. Our problem arose on the morning of our first day after arrival. At 9 am ish, staff came up and informed us the lift was broken with a possible deadline of 12-14 hours to repair. Having a disability, I needed my wheelchair to go with me, and the spiral stairs were a nightmare. In the end, after 3-4 hours, we decided to cancel and move to another hotel. Our holiday was only 5 days and this was the first day with the prospect of not going out confined to the room, it was a no-brainer. Especially, when the lift could break again. Fair enough, the staff did their best to get the cases, wheelchair, and ME down to ground level. You can argue this was not predicted and they refunded the future nights (although I believe we lost out by 400 baht). What can be argued is this "9" overall rating is not a true rating, and I would put it more at 6-7. Based on decor, condition of furniture, and surroundings.

Staff was smiley friendly and always there. The hotel had a homey feel with its smaller size and Thai decor accents. Very clean. The room was quiet. Couldn't hear the people in the next room unless I was in the hallway. The bed suited my comfort level - not too soft and not hard like some places. No noise from traffic or partying. It was on a quiet soi. Room was spacious and comfortable. Large windows. Short walk to the beach.

Beds are very hard. In one room there were ants but later they spray them and it was fine. Breakfast is very simple. Eggs and sausages.But anytime hot water ,tea cofee available.
