The location not suitable for me, because every where I see only gay community.

good location more than once elevators not working, decoration at rooms and corridor is old. breakfast have a miserable boiled coffee.

Old hotel with bad smells everywhere

Can't change air-condition temperature. It was freezing. Need a little bit of renovation in the bathroom. We can spot a lot of dust under our bed.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was almost nonexistent, the room service was very poor, and the staff showed little respect or care for guests. Most of the employees were rude, irritated, and unhelpful. We stayed for around 10 days, and during that time the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, the room was not vacuumed, and the bed sheets were not changed despite repeated requests. They even asked us for tips, and after giving them tips, the room was still not cleaned properly and the sheets were not changed. The electricity kept cutting off repeatedly. The worst incident was when my mother was trapped in the elevator for around 30 minutes. After she was rescued, the hotel did not offer any proper apology, compensation, or concern for her condition, even though she was injured. This was completely unacceptable. On our last day, the hot water was also turned off. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor cleanliness, terrible service, rude staff, and lack of concern for guests’ safety and comfort.

Location at the top end of Beach Road Jomtien is exactly here you want to be. South facing room on a higher floor (14th plus) was a marvelous view from a large picture window. The room superior was a good size but the bathroom particularly needs a revamp. All worked perfectly fine. Breakfast was very good with brewed coffee rather than machine being the only real shortfall. see above

The room my partner and I got is the family room, which is connected to the room next to us, so it is very loud. You can hear the TV from the next room and the neighbor speaking late at night. I had to call the reception for all the 3 nights we stayed at around 1-3 am to ask the next door to reduce their voice as it is too loud and we couldn't sleep.

Lobby was good. Location is the best. Also the pool area is best. The hotel didn't provide basic medical first aid kit. My 7 Month's old son fell down on floor from the bed in room. I asked for the first aid kit or cold pack on reception. They denied it straightly saying that you have to buy it from the shops near by. We don't expect such reply after paying huge amount for stay. Only 2 options are available for Indian breakfast.

Front Desk Employees lack of language skills. Only speak Thai. Very frustrating
