Location in Jomtien is good - not far away from the beach, 7-eleven in front of the hotel, there is good covve next to the main entrance which is suitable to work from there. The hotel is not bad, it is just worn out and a refreshing renovation would not do it any harm. The pictures probably were taken when it was new.

The security staff was so kind but the reception staff was bit rude and they are charging so much from tourist the locals there paying so less for the same rooms and not even providing breakfast overall rooms was clean

The room did not have any microwave. The manager of the hotel was very rude and disrespectful. It was a male in the 30 seems to be from the middle east. He was insulting one of the employee in from the people and we were very disappointed to the atmosphere in the hotel. We were very uncomfortable.

Large room, the hotel is surrounded by many shops and a market. Lobby staff not friendly, outdated design, no car park inside the hotel, far from the beach and the city.

Property location is perfect. Now I experienced, they have less staff and can’t provide services, pick and drop they now don’t provide from hotel parking and also if you need something extra for room like tissue and dryer, they told me I have to go to reception and bring it by myself, they can’t send to room because less staff.

Very disappointed…old loud Air-con…small empty balcony with no chairs….soft very old pillows…swimming Pool was not set up for more then 3-4 guests and premise needs serious attention….staff would’nt supply towel for the Pool…..bad experiences for such money….would never return !! Most of everything
