The room was spacious and clean. There was a queen bed and a single bed with 3 towels to complement 3 guests. The shower was great with hot water and shampoo and conditioner tubs along the wall. The balcony had a small space for 2 with ashtray. There is a pantry area for breakfast, coffee and tea with cookies were available 24/7. The Jomtien beach is about a 200 meters away and surrounded with lots of restaurants and small bars for convenience. Not much of a choice for breakfast but adequate with boiled eggs, porridge or soup with fruits, bread & butter with jam and cereals. There was dessert and yogurt for indulgence.

I thought that my stay here (about two months) was great. Very friendly staff. Fast wifi. Great housekeeping. The breakfast buffet and free afternoon coffee/ tea was a nice touch as well. The location is good also, less than a 5 minute walk to Jomtien beach road with Baht buses headed in both directions. 20 minutes to walking street area in Pattaya when no traffic. Many beach activities were right outside the hotel which surprised me (international beach football tourney, free weekend beach concert, and Muay Thai tourney). The breakfast area is a little cramped and gets crowded, making it hard to find a seat. The basic rooms have enough space to add a small table and a couple chairs.

Location is good, four blocks from the beach but not nice blocks for walking, even when it wasn't unsafe.

the room is not far from the beach and it is quite small even if it is properly equipped with a kettle and complimentary coffee, a wardrobe and a bathroom the room is quite small

Room was clean and comfortable nearby beach superb, and staff were absolutely lovely. My room was situated by reception and the breakfast area which made it very noisy, they did change my room which was great.

All the staff were nice with the exception of the two front desk ladies. I can honestly say the one named “O” is probably one of the biggest sour pusses I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I don’t recall ever seeing them not on their phone. Just not very nice.

The room is not as good as the one in the picture. Especially the bathroom when showers, the water goes everywhere. No proper shower’s door.

The door knob was hard so the key broke. They gave us the duplicate and charged 50 Bhat only to find out that the doorknob really has an issue. They changed the full knob but did not refund the money
