Hotel is not maintained, old painting& furniture ,windows are locked not opening, smell of damp. Expensive for what is offering.

Large LG tv in room with HDMI. Fridge and WIFI good. Nice location right on beach. A/C worked correctly about half the time. Other times it would blow warm humid air into room. Unable to resolve with staff. Cleanliness and beds also not great for this price range.

It is at the perfect location with all good facilities, and I enjoyed living in 50m from the beach.

Staff is super nice and helpful! Always smiling! Breakfast is ok.. just need more choices Wasn't so clean... unfortunately and too noises! There are too many shouting on bar areas... too noises from the street as room on 1st floor

The location is great. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was a good size. The decor of the bathroom (ceramic tiling) was nice. The staff was uninterested in any service when we checked in. It was almost as if we woke him from a nap when we arrived. The room was damp. Everything felt ... damp. The aircon was fine, but it never really dried things out in the room. The bed is an old spring mattress, and was not comfortable. The pillows must've been stuffed with sand, as they were heavy and hard. There were mosquitoes in the room, including a dead one squashed on the bathroom wall. The extractor fan was falling out of the bathroom ceiling, and the shower door was corroded at the base (causing it to get stuck when my husband was in the shower). The furniture in the room was fine. Old, but functional . Honestly, I had high hopes for Jomtien 12, based on how it looks from the front. We have a place nearby, and wanted to be able to host friends at the Jomtien 12 when they visit. We will not be recommending this hotel, and will find another for when friends come to town.

Location next to the Beach, short walk to the Chinese and Jontiem night markets, on a baht bus route, organised taxi to airport, friendly staff! At breakfast they need to be quicker at restocking fresh fruit, make better use of front of hotel

Close to Jomtien Beach but far to everything else. but they were nice and it worked well still. Open 24 hrs. No included breakfast. The window was 1 meter from another house...
