Location was ok. The hotel was nice and clean. I really like having laundry facility on site and free! Not having breakfast as stated online. The air conditioning unit was leaking around it and by the bed by the window Socks and house shoes were soaked.

Staff was absolutely horrible, manager julia isn't professional and she let's her staff be the exact same way. VERY TACKY UNPROFESSIONALISM AND I PAID FOR IT. IM SO MAD STILL. STAFF KEPT WALKING IN ON OUR ROOM NO KNOCK JUST WALKED IN. WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAIN " VI" AN EMPLOYEE SAYS WELL ILL JUST REVOKE HER RESERVATION! THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO CLEAN THE ROOM AFTER 7 DAYS ITS THE POLICY BUT WE HAD ONLY BEEN THERE 3 DAYS AT THAT POINT. THEY ALL USE BAD LANGUAGE AT THE FRONT DESK. VERY UNPROFESSIONALISM

I rented two rooms, and one of them had a horrible smell as well as a wet area under the air conditioner. I brought it to the attention of the desk when we checked out. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful.

Walls had spackle on them , the doers weren’t flush , the atmosphere overall was terrible. Traveling in a group with girls. The girls didn’t feel safe on the property.

They provided the rooms with the simplest things you wouldn't think to bring, like silverware ,plates and bowls. The room gave you the comfort of being at home. The staff were attentive, courteous, and informative. We would definitely recommend staying here!

They have a faulty firearm system it started going off at 4am, waking everyone in the up. A lot checked out because of it. They didn’t not offer refunds or discount for the issue either. Over heard a worker telling the firefighters it happens all the time.
