Fairfield Inn & Suites Jonesboro

Highly recommend

Great place to stay if you’re traveling to Jonesboro, AR

The rooms are very dated. Good luck getting the TV to work. The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Skip the breakfast unless you are on a diet.

Everything was great

The pool was what we went for in the first place and didn't get to use it because it was so dirty. I couldn't get in it. Im so disappointed. I don't get to go swimming because of the meds I'm on so we saved to get this room .

Clean rooms and great staff. The woman doing the breakfast was so helpful and sweet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was overall clean. The wallpaper around the hotel and in the rooms was bubbling like it’s not adhered very well. The frames on our bathroom pictures were damaged from bathroom moisture.

Needs upgrades. Some of the room equipment rusty and very used. Breakfast mediocre. I have had better from other Fairfield hotels

Room was spacious and pool was clean and ready to go! Breakfast staff was very helpful too

Great, food was good good location, close to where we needed to be Jan was the best....we had traveled all day and she had a warm smile and a friendly face She had great customer service

Hotel was awesome and the front desk guy was the as good as it gets. Thankyou for the good breakfast, would definitely come back again!
