Very nice state. Room was comfortable, pool was nice and the view gorgeous. Very nice breakfast. Nothing

Individual unit has its own character. I stayed in suite. Room is huge and very modern with cozy private terrase. Jacuzzi in the garden was great, but too much chemical smells.

Liked the location Rented a suite with terrace. Very disappointed. Dishes in cabinet were dirty, only two coffee pods and one tea bag for three paying guests. Not enough bath towels for three paying guests, no kitchen towel(s) or even a paper towel, even with a full kitchen. No amenities whatsoever. Not a four star experience at all. Not even a bottle of water. Nothing. Restaurant did not open until May 1 and we were not advised of this anywhere. Arrived on a Sunday and nothing was open in town either. When we advised staff of concerns, including having to request additional coffee pods for coffee maker in unit and additional tea bags, they were frugal and didn’t seem to care at all. Extremely disappointed especially because the facility is quite unique and could potentially be a wonderful experience. Just the opposite in fact. A very expensive and disappointing stay.

Beautiful place

Accommodating staff. Beautiful site. Nice room. Restaurant too expensive to try

Really beautiful property, lovely pool, great breakfast and dining area. Our room was very tight - we could hardly move around with our luggage - and the bathrooms weren’t very sound proof.

Great location, the pool was lovely, amazing views. Staff was friendly. A full and delicious breakfast buffet. We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant. My only issue was that our 18 year old daughter has a very restrictive diet. They wouldn't serve he the kids menu because she was over 12? Otherwise, we would have loved to try the restaurant. So more flexiblity on these matters would have been appreciated.

The "house" in a container is very pleasant, with the garden and balcony and a wonderful view. Really nice place! Highly recommend!

Nice sweeming pool and good view Inattentive staff who do not listen to customer requests and do not speak English. Unpalatable breakfast. Dirty kitchen in the house, impossible to cook in. The house itself is cramped and uncomfortable.

Nice sweeming pool. Good view. Unpalatable breakfast. Inattentive staff who do not listen to customers' requests and do not speak English. Very dirty kitchen in the house, where it is impossible to cook. The house itself is cramped and uncomfortable.

Beautiful resort, idyllic setting, modern facilities

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location. Helpful lady who showed us our room. Extra benefit of the hot tub being included. Expensive extras. Breakfast was 21€ each so we declined. Consuming any brought in food or drink is prohibited. The restaurant is closed out of season so having to drive to get off site meals. Dogs are allowed however the charge is 25€ per night.

The room itself was great, was just a normal suite but felt large and well heated A bit unclean near the fridge. Air conditioner was all or nothing

Beautiful Hotel. The room and the apartment are amazing. Very spacious. There is free parking and the grounds are beautiful. Crisp clean linen. It would have been nice if the staff spoke a bit more English, but they did try to help as much as they could. Out of season there is not much happening here or in the area.

Beautiful property, great price, excellent service and good food Night exterior lighting around property not working. Rather dangerous going down the steps to our room and around property. Was advised management hadn’t switched over timers as days getting shorter.
-
The view is nice and the rooms are well designed, the restaurant in the hotel is perfect No one in receptions when we arrived and waited for some time for check in. No air-conditioner in one of the room.
-
Nothing Dirty, rooms awful caravan style, owner totally disrespectful, flies on food and just totally different to the photos.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at Le Jas de Joucas very much ! The hotel is located outside of town in a very beautiful and quiet area, it is a great place to relax and enjoy the wonderful views on the Luberon. In terms of location, while you are living in the middle of nature, the hotel is still close to many of the famous villages and sites in the luberon. We stayed at the beautiful appartment which has 2 bedrooms, a large living/eating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with a great view, absolutely fabulous ! The staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with fresh and delicious choices. Unfortunately we didn‘t get a chance to have dinner at the restaurant during our stay, but we will most definitely be back at this great hotel ! Highly recommended ! Nothing !
