Everything about this hotel is fabulous! It absolutely was one of(if not the most)amazing places I’ve ever stayed. It’s just beautiful, every little detail is thoughtful, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. It’s situated in the perfect location to explore Provence- with quick access to Gordes and Roussillon. The views are amazing, the pool is amazing, the rooms are amazing…I loved our stay here, it was truly special! Thank you as well to the awesome staff- every person we encountered at the resort was wonderful! There’s nothing to not like about this property. If I had a recommendation for people staying there, it would be to know how to navigate the food situation. We didn’t realize until our final day that there were two restaurants on the property. There was a more casual restaurant that had easier food options and we would have stayed and eaten there had we known . We drove to different towns for dinner and also didn’t realize that there were even some options in Joucas where we could have eaten.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with great facilities (including tennis court, yoga studio, spa, and pools): rooms are very spacious & well-furnished (the photos don’t do them justice!) Food is excellent (especially breakfast on the stunning terrace overlooking the valley / mountains). The staff are exceptional and have created comfort & warmth amidst the luxuriousness of the estate. Joucas is a wonderful base to explore the Luberon & nearby towns of Gordes / Roussillon etc! What a gem we found - can’t wait to come back!

The room was very nice with sitting area and small balcony. The pool area was enjoyable with food and drink service.

Excellent food, courteous service, great views Our room was a little cramped. Personally, I would remove some of the furniture to open it up a little. Toilet was very narrow.

What truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel completely looked after, and nothing ever felt like too much to ask. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the private tour they arranged for us—it was a wonderful and unexpected highlight, showing just how much they go above and beyond for their guests. We are so grateful for such a memorable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing escape in Provence.

Serenity and attentive staff N/A

Everything about the property was first class. A set of architecturally beautiful buildings in an ideal setting. The room decor and comfort - excellent; the dining experience - delicious food and perfect setting. But most of all, the staff was the most accommodating and knowledgeable of any we ever experienced. One of the finest properties we have ever been to. Nothing

So serene and quiet, loved the ambiance. Not enough tables or hooks for toiletries in the bathroom

Expensive, expected more from Relais and Chateax brand, a suite positioned on the top of the restaurant, could not use the nice terrace because of the smell from the kitchen, but it was so strong we even don't open the windows, noisy also as we heard all the time the staff working and talking loud, I could not believe that such a place was sold for a suite.

This was our second time there. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The quality, luxury and service are exceptional. The restaurant is amazing but expensive.
