Tried to call for 30 minutes for a shuttle ride but they would not answer the phone. When they finally answered the phone they seem very annoyed it was only 8:00 p.m. . Shuttle driver was nice and helpful. Our reservation we had upgraded rooms to a King suite with a Jetted tub but got a queen bed and no tub. When I went back to the front desk they said sorry you got a really good rate so that's the best room we can give you now no King beds left. Furniture in room had several stains and smelled like smoke

Some general areas were a little worn but everything was clean. Hotel was very convenient to the airport but quite a distance from the downtown area. However, the public transportation bus stop was a very short walk and costs only $2 each way!

Disappointed the airport shuttle didn't go when we needed it. The manager on duty was quite helpful

Great location near ferry. Has a restaurant but it was closed.

I came in late and left early. I liked the room with a kitchen and living room. The bed was great. The shuttle was very nice, roomy, and polite driver. The price was good. Just a couple minor things were a problem. There was in-room coffee but none in the lobby. I was in a rush so I didn’t want to make it myself. The glasses in the cupboard didn’t seem very clean or maybe just need replaced. I wish they were pet friendly because I usually travel with my dog. No ATM on site.

Incorrect information on shuttle service.

What's hot during our 1 night stay. Without air conditioning, we left the windows open and the ceiling fan running. The hotel is located in a relatively low income area. There were 2 residents having a screaming match in the parking lot

They are over accommodating, friendly clean place to stay. 4 star

Basic units but charming and pretty clean as older building. Nice staff and felt safe. Good vibes. Airport shuttle

Run down property, many rooms rented to extended stay guests who live there. Dirty floors, used bathroom towel hanging on bathroom door when we checked in, I put it outside in hallway and it stayed there for 2 days! Housekeeping did not replenish soap, toilet paper, or coffee packets in room, so I had to go to front desk (2 buildings away.) Check out time was 12:00, but at 11:00 our keys did not work and I had to get them rekeyed- front desk was not apologetic at all about any of these issues.

Good value for Alaska prices. No complaints.

While the room was spacious, the carpet was stained and old. There was no air conditioning and the windows were open but the room was musty. There was no soap in the bathroom. The shuttle from the airport was helpful.

The room itself was very clean but the hotel hallways & common areas were in need of some attention. Airport shuttle service is great & the front desk staff friendly. It’s the only hotel in the airport area that has a restaurant on site. Good to have that option if arriving later in the day. The room temperature runs warm & if you open your window you will have difficulty with noise interference.

Rooms do not have air conditioning or fans. Bring your own

We had a good stay. Anything’s by we needed was immediately taken care of.

The tap water tasted fantastic and was really cold. Loved it! If we come back to Juneau, we will definitely stay here again.

Great to have freezer for fish overnight

The rooms were expensive, dated furniture and decor, cheap sheets, towels, pillows and toiletries - in quality and quantity. The rooms were surface clean, but gross when you look a little closer - especially the bathroom. Juneau hotels clearly has a monopoly on the market with all the cruise lines coming in and out. The only reason we chose this property was because it was close to the airport for a 5 am flight, but even that wasn’t helpful because the earliest shuttle left at 4 am. With Alaska Air’s policy of not accepting checked bags 50 minutes before a flight, we ended up renting a car to make sure we could get to the airport in time. More money spent, but glad we did that because there is nothing around this property for dinner or anything to do.
