The bed was impossibly hard. I checked out early after just one night.

Though basic, the room and the bed was extremely large by any standard. The skincare amenities were top notch! The service was nice. I was able to leave my bags until check in, allowing me to head out and enjoy some sightseeing. Check out was also simple and easy. Nothing.

This is a nice, basic hotel - no frills (except the yummy free juices and lemonade in the afternoon). It’s very clean and comfortable, and the welcoming staff are professional as well as friendly. The location is close to the harbor as well as the big shopping mall. There’s even a laundry room. Highly recommended for those on a budget who don’t need the frills.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. There’s a coffee/tea machine in the room. The bathroom was very small but it was brand new and very clean. There’s a reception so we could store our luggage before the check-in time, and a sitting area in the lobby. The hotel was walking distance to the ferry port to Yakushima and to Tenmonkan. Room and bathroom were small but it was fine since it was very clean and new.

The location is good with only few minutes walk from the nearby tram/bus station, lots of restaurants, drugstores and shops within 10 minutes walk. Staff are very helpful. There is no extra cleaning services (unless extra pay) but extra towels, bottle water and brushes are provided daily. Rooms is very spacious, beds and lightning are comfortable. Extra stuffs are provided which is out of our expectations, like hair straightener and air purifier. A good stay and my family members love the stay too. Thanks very much ! I would recommend to my friends whom would visit Kagoshima! Shops and even shopping centres are usually closed before 8pm, may not be a suitable choice for having a night fever XD. There are some sound from drainage in midnight (only because I worked overnight and hear that), not a problem if you would going to sleep.

The property felt new and was nice and clean. The rooms were large. There is smoking floors (including the one where the washing machine is located) and they smell bad. We went down to the lobby one night and it was full of smoke.

Excellent location walking distance from the harbor and shopping/dining center. Large room, friendly and helpful staff, cute gift area in lobby. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout. The beds were really hard. It was very easy to lock oneself out of one's room.
