Mary at the front desk should teach others about customer service. She is so friendly and welcoming. What a great first impression! Also the cleaning staff is top notch and also super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and a lot to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Exotica very much, the food was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful specially Mary at the reception.

Not much – I have visited many all inclusive hotels, but this one was by far the worst I've been too. We booked last moment, paid upfront and when we arrived we came in to a discussing or even a fight with the reception, which lasted more then 90 minutes. They did not have a room and pushed us to cancel the resveration. We had conversations with 3 different people, on location and on the phone about it, saying it was not their fault and we just booked to late. Then we called booking.com and they helped us correctly. Then the hotel was contacted and they still pushed us to cancel ourself (and losing all our money). Then we called booking.com again, and then for some miracle we did get a room. We did not really wanted to stay there anymore but we were so tired. The hotel itself was terrible. Easily the worst 4 star hotel I ever stayed (I stayed in 2 star hotels that were much better). Room not clean. Food had mold in it. Toilet did not work. They did not ask us to pay the tax of the hotel, but then called us at 11 in the night in the room to pay this - if we did not, we had a huge problem. We were not allowed to pay this by card and we had to pay it in cash, which we did not have so we had to go out of the hotel to an ATM. The bed was extremely bad. WiFi did not work. It’s a combination of the complete rudeness of when we arrived and the very poor quality of the hotel that I will say it is the worst service and quality that I have experienced in a hotel.

We stayed only 1 night before starting a villa holiday, the staff were friendly, the food was plentiful,varied and tasty. There was no fighting over sun beds as there were plenty. Our room was large & well equipped. It's an easy walk to the beach or the shops and cafes in the other direction.

Superb

Location is brilliant. Right in the middle of Kalamaki with restaurants, bars and shops all around the hotel. Very short walk to the beach. 5 minute taxi from the airport. Room was nicer than I was expecting and beds were comfy. If you’re looking for a base and want to go out exploring the island everyday this hotel is perfect. The food was pretty average. You can always find something to eat but choices are limited. We opted to eat out of the hotel most of the time because there is so many great restaurants nearby. Only 1 bar open at any time, pool bar in the day and main bar open at night. Would be nice if you could get a drink in the main bar during the day as well.

The food was delicious, the staff was friendly. The hotel needs renovation, the room had cracked walls, dirty bedding, and an old shower.

Great atmosphere, amazing and friendly staff, variety of food, very close to the beach and all shops and restaurants. Overall experience was great with one minus. The smell form the toilet/bathroom pipes was sometimes very strong..

Just got back from a lovely chilled week at Exotica Hotel. Everything great friendly staff, fab food plenty of choice. Perfect location for main strip and walk to beach.

We bin first time in Greece and we never forgot this. Location is amazing, close to airport and to the sand beach. Food was perfect and every day something new. So happy for choose this hotel. Everything was excellent.

the staff were a credit to the hotel. A warm friendly environment, good service. A nice place close to the beach and the town , with great facilities can't say there was anything to say critically.

Staff were fantastic our cleaner lovely lady and staff at restaurants bruna she was amazing . Overall all staff were lovely . For a all inclusive in Greece food was excellent always something tasty I just loved it Beds were hard maybe they should put a top mattress to soften the bed . I did get softer pillows so that was amazing we had lovely room 111 .

Excellent staff. Everybody is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day. The food is amazing. Special thanks to the cook, all waiters and Elsa Goriaeva who made our stay more enjoyable. No animation for children. No sports facilities

Close to many attraction on the island. 10 min from the port zante. The food quite good. Animation every evening. CLEANING ,very poor cleaning, the floor very dirty, I found in the first day, the sink dirty,even they came to change the towels, the floor still dirty. No hand soap, I had to buy from de local store, no glass where to put you tooth brush, no space to put your shower gel, they had only 2in1 shampoo that smelled horrible, NO HOT WATER, 1 day at all and the rest, if you had 2 shower, the last one, had no hot water the improvisation of the bathroom leaves much to be desired.
