The room was decent. Renovation workers were load. Trash in the hallway. Breakfast was yogurt and chewy bars.

The bed was comfortable. The AC was working. The room was spacious. There were only 2 pillows. The lobby and breakfast area did not have AC working, it was very warm in there. The buffet was terrible. They were out of everything, including spoons for cereal. The hallway by our room smelled like a dirty gym locker. I understand they were doing renovations, but really? There was no mention of remodeling being done at the hotel on the web site. We might have booked someplace else.

This unfortunately was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. 1. Mildewed and smelley shower curtain 2. Full trash cans with fruit flies everywhere in the elevator area 3. Dirty walls 4. Rusted shower head 5. Was not forewarned that the property is undergoing renovations 6. Used towel left hanging behind bathroom door. 7. Only one set of mix matched towels in the room. 8. Belt from previous guest left in open closet. 9. Beverages from previous guest left in refrigerator 10. Electrical cord and power surger ran from my room under the door to the adjacent room. 11. Coffee station cabinet pushed partially in front of the door to the adjacent room seeming as to be the only thing stopping anyone from entering. 12. It felt like we were sharing a room with someone else 13. Horrible curb appeal as it shares a parking lot with another abandoned hotel/building. Unfortunately, they had no other rooms available in the hotel so they were unable to move us to another room. Needless to say it was a restless night and we did not get much sleep as we slept with one eye open. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. At least not before they're renovations are complete. The staff member at the front desk shared that she had received similar complaints that morning.

Very poor

Unfortunately I have to be honest about this place, renovations don’t excuse the conditions I had to endure. From the centipedes crawling the walls to the numerous questionable stains on the curtains, floor and ceiling. Not only was the pool not functioning due to said renovations (which was not including in the reservation notes until arrival,) but no ice machines worked and when we were finally ready to end the night we were approved a late check out by the time of 1:00pm by the front desk just to be woken up by pounding on the door before 11:00am claiming it wasn’t approved by the general manager and to leave within half an hour. Completely unacceptable conditions. Not to mention an electric receptacle was poorly installed next to the bed along with an expired fire extinguisher. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is currently under construction. The pool is shut down. You can smell dust everywhere. They didn’t clean my room one day because part of their staff didn’t show up. The front desk person tried to be helpful, but there wasn’t a whole lot they could do. I would not recommend staying here until after they get done fix fixing it and see if they can fix the other problems when they’re set up.

I booked my stay online and there was no mention the property was under renovations. I was disappointed to see the condition of my room and the smell of mildew from the bathroom was evident. The lighting in the room/bathroom and even in the parking lot were not ideal. I understand the need for renovations but there should have been something disclosed at the time I was booking. I do feel I overpaid for my accommodations and would not recommend anyone staying at this facility until they have confirmed that the renovations are complete.

Going through renovations so not fair to judge them on the property right. I reserved a king size bed but got a queen. But no big deal to me. Got the room cheap.
-
No TV didn't work they couldn't fix it without accommodated that and also no coffee pot in the room oh yeah and no continental breakfast and no coffee at the continental breakfast
-
One of the worst hotel experiences I've had
-
My room was very functional and roomy. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel. Very limited offerings with no coffee or juice available. The WiFi died at one point and took most of a day to come back online.
-
Cable TV didn't work, water was yellow, pool closed for renovation and no drinks at breakfast. Otherwise was ok
-
nothing at all because I was put In a room that was condemed and I payed 104.00 for it and they would not refund my money or give me a free night I slept in a room that the toilet was clogged with shit in it appn arrival then the house keeper plunghed it to go down but once it went down the toilet still did not work. so it was a out of order room for those reasons but the new guy put me in it not knowing all that I guesss I still feel I should be compensated for my 100.00 period for having to sleep Ina room mlie that

They didn't have rooms available due to cleaning staff shortage and couldn't give any answers 2 hours after check in. No offer to fix anything

The property was under extreme construction. Half of the hall we were staying on had construction garbage and supplies all over. The breakfast options were terrible. The whole area seemed rundown. The amenities in the room were severely lacking. Will not be back.
-
The hotel was being renovated, but it was amazing since our house was without power
-
Would have been nice to know that they were under construction and pool was not available
-
Clean for the most part, staff was extremely friendly and overall had a good experience. Didn’t have change for when we paid with cash. That was inconvenient
-
We never got a room and refused to honour our prepaid room. The front desk guy did nothing to accommodate our situation. We eventually had to leave and find somewhere else.
