Very clean, and good breakfast

Nice and clean rooms. Good value for the price. Very noisy guests during my stay. First, our next door neighbors were pretty loud getting back from a party around 2am. and my daughter could not sleep anymore until they finished around 4. The next day, there was a whole family barbecue at the deck in front of my room window. Fortunately it ended by 11pm.

Location was not easy to find. I asked about restaurants in the area and was told to use a website that showed all the restaurants in Kalamazoo. Front desk computer was down and we had to wait 30 minutes to check in. At check out, they wouldn’t give us a receipt but said we would get it from Booking.com, and we didn’t.
-
You only get a 30-minute late check out before they add additional charges.

Nice rooms, good size and ckean. Breakfast was good but not everything was available. Front desk staff were very nice. Would prefer vending machines instead of having to go to the market. Prices are too high. Trying to get to the property was difficult, GPS directions are confusing due to the address.

Stayed for the weekend and truly enjoyed my stay! The amenities were wonderful and the property itself is just beautiful!
-
I really appreciate that they do not use plastic utensils and plates and other sustainability efforts.

Breakfast was mediocre. One day there were no black tea bags in stock; the next day, the hot water was less than lukewarm; the third day, there were just eggs, no potatoes. See remarks on breakfast above. There was no tea machine in the room and twice no drinkable tea at breakfast either. Of the two elevators, one was out of order for my entire stay (3 nights).

Property was well maintained and clean. The major drawback is that the walls in the room are very thin and so it was very loud in terms of voices and footsteps from the hall and other rooms.
