The toilet in the room wasn't clean but they offered to replace the room immediately.

The view from the balcony was nice. The room was comfortable with good AC. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. I appreciated that they accepted pets but didn't appreciate that they charged a daily pet fee instead of just one overall fee. No coffee in the rooms and when we went down to get it from the restaurant they charged us for the to go cups.

The hotel is conveniently located at the head of the main street in Kalambaka, making it easy to navigate the town, explore nearby shops and restaurants, and access the route up to Meteora. I chose a room with a Meteora view, and it was truly stunning—equally impressive in daylight and at night when the rock formations are illuminated. The staff were consistently warm and helpful, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was generous, with a wide variety of options. I also had lunch at the hotel restaurant on one occasion, and both the food and service were impeccable. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Meteora.

I would like to first of all appreciate the staff who behaved impeccably. The location is great and the services were excellent. Unfortunately I didn't like the bed mattress at all, the room size is decent but not really generous. The general appearance of the room is a bit outdated. You can overlook some details but when the price charged is over 200 eu/night, expectations are high. I didn't like the fact that we were charged for parking and then found the car scratched.

Everything was great and tidy and clean but the price of 210€ for 2 people is a bit high I think something around 140-160€ would be more reasonable The shower not to be the curtains because it’s annoying actually.

The hotel personnel were very helpful, kind and warm, I could say they were a highlight of the hotel. Great breakfast with large choice. Room was comfortable.

noise isolation is not the best and you can hear noises, no clear distingishible from next room. I think it is expensive for the amenities.

Staff was super friendly and the dinners in the restaurant were real fine dining.

Good sized hotel at a very good location, a short walk from the interesting bits of the old town, the restaurants and a beautiful if challenging footpath up the rocks to the two closest monasteries and a short drive from all the others. Rooms are fine for the price and if aesthetically very 1990s, upkeep and maintenance are faultless and they felt new and fresh. Breakfast was very good and all staff beyond reproach. Our front-facing rooms probably offered a much wider, longer and altogether better view than the pricier (and possibly slightly bigger) "meteora view" rooms facing the back. The bathroom was ok and it was all very clean and neat. The large, modern, bar area is also a nice spot for a drink before or after dinner. Its worth noting that the Meteora rocks themselves are truly breathtaking and the town, and hotel are at the foot of a very beautiful mountain range, with many lovely areas accessible on a simple daytrip. Not much is wrong but two things stand out: the indoor pool is fairly big but thats all. Its in a part of the building that is oddly only accessible from outside the hotel, through the reception, the front of the hotel and then a large function room. It is also not very good to begin with. It comes with a tiny sauna and shares the space with the gym equipment in a charmless, cold and undecorated environment. We saw no outdoor pool but there was work ongoing outside that could be for one. The car park is also a bit smaller than it ought to be and finding a spot even early in the afternoon is tough and might well mean needing to park somewhere else. There are only three charging stations for cars. The rooms were alao excessively hot but turning thr AC off mostly solved the problem
