The location is convenient for visiting Meteora. The reservation was accidentally booked for the wrong dates and I contacted the property and Booking.com in advance to request cancellation. The request was refused, and when I later left a factual review describing my experience, the property owner replied publicly with aggressive and intimidating language, including a threat of legal action. This response was unprofessional and concerning.

Easy parking. Big Bed comfortable...heating worked well.. Very dated decor. tiny shower but good water pressure. no access to ice. No complimentary water in the fridge. Only one broken chair on the balcony facing the street. Dogs barking all night..

The attitude of staff was exceptional ?George has provided us with all info about monasteries that we needed, and in general he was very helpful and friendly. Location of hotel is perfect for tourism ?

Convenient location for Meteora - with plenty of parking. Good taverna opposite. Screens on windows would have prevented mossies! Didn't realise we had to preorder breakfast - but tea and coffee served and a bakery next door...
