We arrived and waited 15min to get checked in after a long day of traveling and front desk person seemed irrated with us, then we get into our non smoking room and it smells like someone had been smokong cigarettes for 30yrs and the toliet was running non stop and continued thru the night, the night desk person said he could not move us to a different room.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff worked hard to keep all of the food well stocked. Everything hot and fresh. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Excellent breakfast close to several different places to explore less than a hour from the west entrance of Glacier park and the staff was super informative. 24 hour pool and hot tub was great after a day of exploring

Had a great hot shower, rooms were clean. Advertisement says breakfast is included, they don’t even have a breakfast so that’s false.

Great breakfast and space to enjoy it. Staff was great and the room was comfortable. Close to Flathead Lake, Whitefish, Kalispell, and the drive wasn't bad to Glacier National Park. We checked out the rodeo in Columbia Falls, too. Fun!

A girlfriend and I went together. The vanity wasn’t located in the bathroom so if one of us was awake before the other, you couldn’t get ready without disturbing the other. Our beds were extremely hard. You could also hear everyone in the hallway and everyone above us. Our toilet ran, you had to fix the handle after using it every time Breakfast was good.
