The location and views are beautiful, and the sunbeds along with the beach club are cozy and comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful — they did everything they could. One of them even lent me a snorkeling mask and gave us a backgammon set to take with us. Breakfast was tasty and generous. The beach club is open to the public, so it could get quite loud at times. The buggy back to the rooms on the hill often took a long time to arrive. Food options were limited, dishes were sometimes overcooked, and the prices were relatively high. Lunch and dinner were noticeably missing, as the hotel only provides breakfast.

Everything the space, stuff and services they are very welcoming people Improving and working on the food menu

Amazing location, rooms enormous, fantastic view, staff brilliant. Design and landscaping all round hotel and rooms is also fantastic. Cost of drinks at bars.

Overall fantastic. See the photos online, it's all true. Now in April perfect weather for me as a white guy. Don't think I can do August heat here. Staff plenty and helpful, English good enough. It's just a bit far out, but once here it's paradise. Resort is 3 years old, superb finishing. Special thanks to the reception and cleaning staff!! Only 2 shuttles per day to the nearby town and no shuttle back. That could be increased especially since there is no Uber. Low season now, so perhaps in high season this is better arranged

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms and the best views Nothing!!

Breakfast was very good. The rooms are lovely. Staff are friendly. The location is great and its easy to get to town. Turkish local people are really lovely and friendly. The staff were very lovely but they lack experience and their English is limited. They want to help but look a bit shell shocked. The hotel is great newly built. It feels 5 star, but there are somethings that as a five star resort you would expect but don't get. I think thats the level of service. I booked a Haman at the hotel for 4 people and when we arrived the haman wasn't working, they didn't have our booking. At a 5 star hotel someone would have contacted me to let me know. Some of the lighting in the rooms appears to not have been connected to the electric. Towel were not properly placed in all bathrooms. I'm being picky but these are 5 star expectations. You cannot change any menu order, which is unusual at a 5 star establishment.

Gorgeous beach club, huge rooms Lots of stairs! Stairs into the sea need treatment- very slippery and steep. Perhaps look at the matting used by Zest on their stairs to address the problem.

Absolutely fantastic would 100% recommend ?☀️

The suite was enormous, the view from it sublime. Ridiculous number of steps to climb literally everywhere. The service is shockingly, appallingly bad, and it all comes from the top. The manager could not care less about his guests. The staff may be wellmeaning, but none of them have one shred of training in customer service or guest experience. I cannot stress enough how laughably, horribly bad the service was.

Fabulous breakfast.Enormous bedroom with huge terrace & stunning sea views. Most of the staff very friendly & helpful.Stunning quiet hotel infinity pool. The flights of steps within the hotel need fixed railings for safety. The rope railings are useless.A few of the hotel staff were rather unhelpful or poorly trained.

From the moment you arrive the staff are very friendly and helpful . The hotel and rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Nothing

The room is high level furnished. The seaview is good. The hotel has its own beach club included and a its own private space. The shuttle service is very convenient. The hot tub is okay but not completely private and super fancy. The staff is not comfortable with English. The food is not on the same level of the hotel, especially the breakfast. This should be improved for the price of the hotel.

Views were stunning from the rooms and most of the hotel, beach club has waiter service from all of the sun beds, nice beach bar and restaurant, as in all Kalkan everything is uphill but there is a prompt buggy ride on request from the beach bar to your rooms which was essential for us, car taxi to Kalkan was only 200tl or £4 or use the free boat taxi, a lovely 15 min ride to the harbour spa treatments were very limited and lacking staff, no atmosphere in the bars past 6 o'clock when everyone disappeared back to town, so its off to Kalkan most evenings

Very spacious and luxurious apartment very clean

The very kind receptionist gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room with a jacuzzi which was brilliant. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with 2 bathrooms and a fantastic view. Loved how easy you could get in and out of the sea. The staff were all very lovely and friendly, and made you feel very welcome as soon as you arrived. Really good location and shuttle bus into town was really easy and convenient. The menu at the beach club is a little limited. The breakfast service could be a little slow with the drinks. A shuttle bus that runs at midday might be a good idea - just gives people more options?

We loved our room, the penthouse suite, 10/10 it was very clean and spacious and furnished to a high standard. The views were amazing, the best we’ve had in Kalkan. We were checked in by the lovely Nihal who explained everything we needed to know. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel pool and Nick was always on hand to bring us drinks and anything else we required. Nothing

The hotel is immaculate and the staff are so friendly and helpful , our room was so spacious…we even had a jacuzzi on our balcony and the sea view was to die for. The location of the hotel is perfect, A 30 min walk in to the centre of the Kalkan but for those that don’t like to walk or have tired legs, the hotel runs shuttles in to town. We spent most of our time at the infinity pool and the server Nick was so friendly, he seemed to remember everyone’s name and was always incredibly attentive. The beach club is great too, we had a cabana one day and it gave us our own private slice of heaven with our own deck, ladder in to the sea and shaded area to eat the great food…the sea bass is a must!! There isn’t anything we didn’t like and when we return to Kalkan next year for a friends wedding we will be returning to lures
