Wonderful views from bedroom ❤️

The property is in an amazing area, just walking distance to town but in a quiet spot where you are not disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the nearby night life. While the hotel is an older property that needs updating and TLC, I very much enjoyed my stay. My room had an amazing view. They made our birthday festivities extra special. Our hosts were very kind and generous. We did not use the beach club while visiting here, but I think some updates to this property would do wonders for it. It’s such a hidden gem and great for the price, which I think was exactly appropriate. So grateful to the family that owns this hotel for taking such good care of us. I have memories to last a lifetime now ❤️

Lovely staff and really characterful Looks very tired and dogs tied up outside in the heat

The location and views are great. The staff is extremely kind and helpful while keeping professional. Whatever questions or requests we had, they provided everything at hand. The beach area of the hotel was in poor conditions, we saw some exposed electric cables and very rusty rails all around. The sunbeds were not exactly clean, then again in full honesty our stay dates were not exactly the season to swim. The breakfast contents were enough, but not rich.

Clear sea, comfortable sunbeds, location is very quiet and at the same time in a walking distance to the center streets. Many thanks for making my stay so comfortable. Definitely will come back again.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The location is excellent, offering wonderful views and an amazing beach with all the necessary facilities (showers, sunbeds, bathrooms). The staff deserve special mention—it's a small family-run hotel, so everything is managed with care and hospitality by the owner and his family members. Our room was clean and neat, with a nice balcony and a fridge. Breakfast was always the same, consisting of an egg, cheese, bread, and fresh vegetables/fruits. Overall, I would say that choosing this hotel made our vacation in Kalkan a wonderful experience, thanks to its perfect location and amazing people. If you want luxury, this hotel may not be suitable otherwise it's a perfect choice. Also there is no elevator which might be problematic for people with limited mobility.

Wonderful location right on the coast with amazing views across the bay Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable Easy 15 minute walk to the harbour area for lots of restaurants Not a problem for us but if you have mobility problems then be warned there are a lot of rough steps to access the sun beds on the rocks

The location was exceptional for us as we are keen swimmers so we could dive or climb down into the water right from the hotel , lots of areas for sunbathing too The view from our large balcony was exceptional The staff were very friendly and helpful It is a bit dated and some for sutures and fittings needed repair but the relatively cheap price and location made up for this

The location is excellent - it is at the end of a quiet road but still an easy walk to town. The owner was very kind. He gave us the room on the top floor and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Overall the place is worn, but that didn't bother us as we knew it was a budget option in an expensive area. As a beach club it is pretty bare bones, with the upside being no blaring music and lots of space to spread out on the many balconies overlooking the sea. The shower drain in our bathroom was poorly placed, leading to the entire floor being wet after showering. The bathroom smelled at times, but I've had that happen at much nicer places in the area. Food offerings were limited.

The photos look amazing ! Unfortunately they must have been taken 20 years ago. It’s in such a nice setting and it’s a shame it’s so run down. On the positive side the room was clean . Booked for 3 nights but left after one as the outside facilities were so poor. The outside of the property is very run down and tired. Seating area near bar was filthy with dogs cleaning themselves on the seats . The swimming pool looked like a cesspit.

Great value for money in otherwise overprised Kalkan. Hotel has very cozy artificial beach with amazing views on the peninsula. It is slightly away from the harbour - less than 1km, quiet place where you can enjoy your vacation without noise from the city bars. There are no lights on the road, but it was fine even at night, you can easily see the way. Even side sea room offers spectacular views

-very nice location -balcony with sea view -private beach -parking on site -nice breakfast -nice staff -neglected room -shower cabin, sink are moldy -old aircondition is still on the wall but already out of order -the staff came into the room when we were resting inside, knock would be nice -untidy curtain -there is a pool but it is not in very good condition

They make us felt comfortable like stay in their home. Very nice staff.

Very good

It's not super clean, but the location is great. A/C wasn't working well, fridge as well. Overall enjoyable experience. Breakfast was good.

the property has so much potential if they renovated it and knew how to manage. great location and cozy. everything need renovating - bathtubs in the rooms were poorly painted, stained, gave off a dirty look. couches in rooms with cigarette marks. the management seemed like they didn’t care much about anything - i pointed out that on booking it said they had lunch for 12 euros and the answer was “things change everyday”. the menu is incredibly limited and overpriced . overall this is a good hotel to stay if you wanna pay less for a great view and just go to the beach club next door to spend the day and have lunch (trust me)
