The Rooftop Manager Gianis was incredible. Very respectful and professional. He made our days up on the pool the main reason why we chose that specific location. Thank you Gianis. The rooms are small compared to North America but it is Europe. Other than that everything else was top notch.

Very nice room. Good sheets, towels, pillows. Hotel staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. They let me use an adaptor for the eletrical outlet since I did not know to bring one. The rooftop pool and view are amazing. I did not have the proper electrical adaptor for the outlets. It would be nice to have know before hand that US travelers will need an adaptor to use their electronics.

Amazing place and I would stay there again when I go to Greece next time! Rooms, while not super large in size, yet very clean, efficient, and lovely! <3 The staff are just so sweet! You'll feel like home! All good there ;)

The staff treated me superbly. Excellent service. Wonderful people. The rooftop pool was not available for swimming. Understanding it’s not summer, I still do not find this acceptable. No big deal however.

Staff was so helpful with everything from suggesting Restaurants, helping with our luggage and discounts in the restaurant and bar. It was amazing to have dinner and see the Acropolis lit up at night from the dining room. No complaints about the property

The restaurant menu was very limited, and pricing was excessive. It was beyond the uncomfortable zone, and we chose to go out several nights instead of enjoying your patio. We didn't even know we were close to a beach, there was no shared information anywhere--that would have helped!

Nice newytenovated property Horrible check-in by over night front Desk: 1. Tried up "upgrade" me into smaller room with double bed, despite hsving paid a premium for a Queen 2. Once i was checked into correct Room failed to correct his original checkin causing non-stop issues with paid breakfast etc

Staff were very nice to let us leave our bags at reception while we visited Parthenon prior to going to airport. Loved the balcony view and hot tub!
