Very comfortable stay. The property is very well maintained. The customer service is extremely good. The showers are excellent.

Clean (except for the smell), good shower, convenient location for our trip, easy communication. It was a non-smoking room but it had a very strong smell of smoke. The pillows were thin and there were no extra ones. Also, a couch or some arm chairs would have been nice because we ended up sitting on the floor to eat our breakfast.

Excellent, excellent location, excellent cleanliness, excellent staff behavior and attitude. Everything was great.

What stood out the most was how responsive and genuinely helpful the team was — any question or request was handled quickly and with a very friendly attitude. Everything was smooth and stress-free from start to finish, which made a big difference for our experience. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly relax without worrying about anything, this is definitely the right choice.

It was easy to get to the city with the bus. And it was very clean and the stuff was very friendly. For me was the bed was to soft.

I didnt like the bed. I asked for a double bed and the bed was split in half. It was very uncomfortable Parking was difficult for the car as the one close to the apartment was always full

A very clean, modern and comfortable place to stay...the best in the area. Unfortunately The Convo is located on a very busy street and so it can make it quite loud in the apartment with the cars whipping past on Syggrou. Having said this, this is the best place to stay if you need to be in the area.

Best location, clean modern amenities, impeccable service, very friendly hotel

We extended the stay for 1 night, and it was quickly processed. WIFI quality was good. It mentioned a free upgrade at the time we booked on Bookings.com, however by the time we checked in we were surprised to know that there was no upgrade. There is no washing machine in the apartment. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Experienced some slowness with the response from host to provide access to the apartment, we arrived 1.5 to 2 hours past check-in time however we still had not received the access code from the host. Shower soap dispenser bottle was not working.

I like the staff and how attentive they were. The property was clean, location was great!

You can hear a lot through the walls so be aware of that. Also i requested to drop of my bag in the lobby, with the intention of exploring a little bit before my check in. I was allowed,but no one was there to supervise it so I felt the need to watch over it until my room was ready. The location is not that great, being near a main street you can't sleep with the window open (noise), but still seemed a chill neighborhood otherwise.

I loved the way it's very smart and logical to check in, absolutely clean good place, nice sized room, amenities. Will be staying again!

The location is great, next to Syngrou avenue with access to many buses. Of course that also means that when the windows are open there is excessive noise night and day. Closing the windows does help. The space of the room is good and i liked the amenities such as the iron, the hairdryer (it didn't always work though), the big screen tv and the kitchen. More coffee and sugar should be provided. I also appreciated that there were more towels in the drawer. There should be a place in the bathroom to put ones toothbrush and bath slippers. The biggest downside is the bed. Very uncomfortable. One literally sinks in that bed. Sleeping is the most important thing in a hotel and the property should invest in a good matress. Also more pillows should be provided.

The location is fairly ok and it fitted our purpose. The size of the room was excellent. The bed was not very comfortable. The mattres was lower in the middle.
