Cleaning

The hotel is quite far away from the city and requires either a rental car or a sizable transport budget. I would really recommend to implement a simple shared shuttle service.

Rooms are not soundproof at all,

Very professional and friendly staff. We got a room upgrade with a provable pool and it was spectacular! The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the service provided was great. We had a lovely stay. If you’re looking for a quiet stay away from the city but with fascinating views, this is the place. No comments

The staff, mostly the reception team and Elsa, received us with a smile and took care of our luggage and everything we needed during our stay. Nothing

Elsa is a great person and she is very good at her job welcoming and helping the guests, in addition the stuff was very helpful and very kind. I did not like that they gave me a smaller room than what I reserved without informing me and without offering better price. After my complain they changed my room the next day. Poor wifi.

Best hotel, with the best hotel manager and team!

Hotel is a bit far away but the food and the service is 10+ honestly. I’ve stay at a lot of 5 star hotels but staff are the best iv seen.

View. Very friendly staff. Very dirty unhygienic cracked sun beds. Room not that clean. Bad smell of drains in and around room. Very loud blasting music all afternoon and evening coming from villa just below hotel €20 for an average quality glass of wine. Not a proper bathroom- sink in bedroom not good value for £500 per night.

Very good

The sea view from our room was beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on our balcony. We loved the remote location, it was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing holiday. Tip: We would recommend renting a car to move around the island and to the beach The cleanliness was not the best in our room with several stains on the couch and chairs. We were disappointed with the amenities and the service provided felt more of a 4 star hotel.

Everything was perfect, from the staff to the beautiful property and room. I liked it so much i ended up staying for an extra night. Will stay here again without a doubt when in Mykonos.

Nothing -Wifi stop for few days -A/c stop for 2 days that was bad. take time to fix it i ask to change my room they refuse i contact to booking.com about that -No house keeping only by order day before -Breakfast food options less -Private swimming pool was cold and dirty! -Room was dirty -The staff with out welcoming -bath room smells bad -No hot water for shower -Electric stop so many times -Stinky smell in bed & below -Noisy from Napier louder music all time ask help desk but nothing -Restaurant for lunch & dinner very less options -The curtain is not enough to isolate the room from sunlight -I spend money in wrong place -Not good choice for relax and enjoy in Mykonos at all -There is no insulation between the rooms -The level of service is very poor. They have no experience in dealing with customers -The coffee cup was not cleaned every day, you have to ask for it, and the bedsheet was not changed, and the towel was not changed -No chance to book this place again

Amazing Luxury service and the room 305 it was something else. Too great experience Jacuzzi could be always hooted

Lovely view,very peaceful Villas were not private, can see through bamboo fencing.

The view from the honeymoon suite is wonderful The breakfast is the same every day but still very good quality
