MILEO Mykonos

Made my honeymoon everything I could have imagined and more. Very comfortable stay. Exceptional staff and great communication. Great food. Amazing facilities and amenities. Housekeeping was kind and efficient. Breathtaking views. Calm, quiet, and peaceful. The best hospitality I have ever experienced.

Unsafe experience and tourist extortion tainted the whole experience. I had a lovely stay at this property up until the final day, but a severe incident regarding guest safety and management's response has completely ruined the experience. The hotel front desk booked an ATV excursion for me with a local vendor (Ventouris). During the excursion, a minor incident occurred. The rental company cornered me, aggressively intimidated me with threats of local police, and forced me under severe duress to sign a billing waiver before letting me leave. To make matters worse, I obtained photographic proof that the vendor was executing a double-billing scam, charging both myself and another driver the full amount for a single damaged headlight. When I returned to the hotel shaken up and sought help from the hotel manager—with whom I had built a warm rapport and good banter during my stay—I was met with shocking dismissal. Instead of protecting a guest, the manager defended the corrupt vendor. He minimized my distress, stating that because "no one put a gun to my head," I wasn't forced to sign anything. He then blindly accepted a fabricated story from the tour guide painting me as an aggressor during a verbal dispute initiated by another passenger who was upset about the delay caused by the incident. The property also went as far as marking my reservation as a “No Show” after I made a formal complaint to Booking.com in effort to keep me from submitting my review. Mind you, I was still actively at the property when they marked me a “No Show.” It is deeply disheartening that a luxury property would funnel its guests to predatory businesses and then gaslight a solo female traveler in crisis rather than ensuring her safety. The property itself is fine, but if you value your safety and expect hotel management to have your back when things go wrong, do not stay here.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, professional, and ready to help whenever needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The private beaches are located nearby, although they require an additional fee. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

EVERYTHING! Everything about this place is AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING the place, the location the staff, the rooms and the services. It worth every penny you pay i promise. I will definitely be back. I loved every single detail about this place. ?????? I loved EVERYTHING about this place.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Beyond friendly, warm, polite and helpful. The hotel is what it is due to the people who work there. From the Italian gentleman at the Reception to the wonderful guy that coordinated the bar, these interactions made our stay great although Mykonos is definitely not an island for families.

The staff is amazing , friendly , welcoming , attentive to details , always smiling . The place is gorgeous , nice view , peaceful . Great food at the restaurant . More diverse food on the menu , a bit of change on the breakfast choice but honestly it was amazing .

This was one of my favorite hotels we have ever stayed in! The staff is so caring and kind and the rooms are beyond beautiful and well thought out. The complimentary sauna and breakfast made the stay even better! The private jacuzzi never got hot enough for my liking and you are unable to control the settings. The staff has to adjust it on their end. I asked for them to turn up the temp but it never got very hot like the jacuzzis I’m used to.

From the moment of our arrival, until the last minute spent at Mileo, we had the best hotel experience of our lives so far. Maria & the other reception staff are very helpful & friendly. Food is amazing, rooms are fantastic & the service is excellent. Perfect for couples but also friends groups.

Amazing property with spa, gym, boutique, bar and restaurant. The room with a jacuzzi and balcony overlooking the sea was breathtaking.

Breakfast was good, the terrace would benefit from more shaded tables. You are only provided with one 750ml bottle of water per day in the room. The cost for every additional bottle is €8. To me this is borerline immoral in a climate regularly exceeding 30 degrees, where you are sunbathing/outdoors most of the day. After a week of spending €40 a day on water it starts to leave a bad taste in your mouth, there is no shop within walking distance to remedy this.
