Very welcoming family and staff. Overall design and comfort of communal spaces. Excellent home cooked food. Facilities (especially if you have kids) I found the description on booking.com a bit misleading. I would not describe this in any way as a 'resort'. More a boutique luxury homestay. It is small and cosy, homely but also stylish.

This is a boutique hotel with just 9 rooms run by a couple. Not perfect and not 4 star, in my opinion, but comfortable. The deluxe rooms are very spacious. If you are looking to retreat yourself in a quiet environment, then this is a perfect place. The owners are very creative in the setup and you'll find many areas to discover walking around the premise. Nice garden with many collected objects which are placed around. There is a swimming pool, but we didn't get the time to use it. Owners and staff are very nice and friendly. They'll do all to provide you a good stay. Breakfast was also good and you can ask them if you need something special. It is located a bit off-road. Need a car to reach the premise. Takes 5 minutes to get hot water. Bathroom cleaning can be better, especially the tiles. They should be shining.

It's an amazing property. Owners of the property offered us a very warm welcome. It's a nicely located property with very good views. The food was very tasty and homely. A place must consider if you are visiting Wayanad Nothing

Very peaceful location. Meals were very good. Our needs were looked after in every way, eg organising our trek and laundry. Surprised we could not pay our bill with a credit card. We had to find the equivalent of £350 in cash.

Hotel is located in a quiet residential area of Kalpetta and tastfully decorated. Very friedly and helpful owner and staff provide excellent hospitality and home made meals. Ideal place to explore the region of Kalpetta and relax in the hotel afterwards at the pool.

Beautiful place with a nice view. Rooms very clean, with all amenities, nicely decorated. The bathroom is great. The owners very cordial and helpful. The food at the hotel is delicious. Great pool, very clean water. Very well-kept. I recommend highly. A wonderful place in a quiet area, close to the center. I am very pleased with my stay at Olives.

The host Biju and Alice were very hospitable. The breakfast is excellent, the location is good and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We had asked for arranging vehicle for sightseeing, which they arranged and the cab driver Hameed was very courteous and helpful. The pricing given by booking.com is on the higher side.
