I am extremely disappointed with my recent booking. The room provided is very small and not at all as per the expectations shown on your platform. The facilities mentioned at the time of booking are not available. Specifically: I had booked a room with a bathtub, but there is no bathtub. The bathroom is extremely compact. The overall room size and amenities do not match the description. Considering the price I paid, the accommodation is not worth it. I have no option but to cancel the accommodation and find another place to stay. I had booked this stay for relaxation, but due to these issues, I now have to search for another accommodation, which has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration. I am really disappointed with Booking.com, as the listed facilities were not verified, and this shows a lack of value for customers.

They have nothing good they dont care about staffs may be its new and the management is poor but cannot talk about the owner as they have no idea about the issues They kicked us out because they had full booking. I request you to make an proper note before you book.

Nothing They refused entry as they have accepted offline booking. We have booked 2months prior. Called them several times for confirmation which they did but when we reached, they told us rooms are occupied can't allocate and bookings.com didn't notify them. We went with family and has to roam around for another hotel at night. Pathetic service. Better to stay at other hotels

I would everything … right from entering to reception to the room. From cleaniless to room service. Just excellent.. would recommend any one wanting to staying in Kalyan for short stay. Just one thing don’t let guest smoke in the corridor of the hotel floor.. something which is in incidence to other residents.
