Radisson Blu Zaffron Resort, Santorini

Highly recommend the hotel, the breakfast was exceptional and the bar and restaurant had great assortment of food and drinks, the upgraded room with pool was fantastic, reception desk top notch making you feel welcome. The pool area and bar were very accommodating to guests, short walk to beach and boardwalk with restaurants and shops. Next trip stay here longer.

Hotel exceeded expectations, room upgrade ? Welcome drinks , cold flannels were a lovely touch and little cakes. Attentive staff, also highly recommend booking a treatment/ massage at the wellness spa... The rooms are well equipped with everything you need and little things such as a vanity/ dental kit The bed is the most comfiest bed I've ever slept on like laying on a cloud The breakfast has a large wonderful selection of breads, fruits, cereals, hot breakfast food, traditional greek salad, cold meats 2 large pools with plenty of sun beds, pool bar and restaurant Highly recommend and I would definitely go back and for longer

The hotel has excellent facilities, everything was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options each morning. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Beautiful resort hotel with the best buffet breakfast I have ever seen. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, and we loved our massage therapists. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. The resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, and you can walk to the shops and restaurants along the boardwalk.

Regarding feedback, I wanted to highlight 3 staff members who we feel made our stay special and went above and beyond for us.  Firstly was Hara, she was incredible, there was nothing she couldn't help us with, she was always informing me of any changes and making our stay super special. Secondly was Konstantina. Every time we would speak to her, she was always super helpful and informative. Always ready to help us with our breakfast, lunch and dinner bookings. Even seeing if we could book another day when dinner was full. And fitting us in when we came back in the evening, just to have one of their amazing desserts.  And lastly was Adriana, who we had for our spa treatments. The treatments we had with Adriana were outstanding; she was the best! There was sometimes a sewage smell that would come around from time to time.

the environment was very nice and relaxing, they had lots of stuff that were very helpful and attentive, the facilities were very good, they had their own section in the beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds for the guests, everything was very beautiful and stylish.

Huge room,comfortable bed,very strong air con(needed!),good wifi,comprehensive breakfast,one minute walk to lovely Kamari beach,front desk arranges taxis and transportation. I've heard it said that Kamari is the " economy side of Santorini"-yet this luxury designer hotel is at the top level of any European hotel. It is a good 30-45 minute drive($50USD+) to Oia.

Stunning Nothing

The staff were helpful and very friendly, the perfect amount of customer service. The room we stayed in was fabulous, spacious and very comfortable. Great breakfast, plenty of choice, fresh and delicious. Lovely pool and fitness facilities. Great location to explore the island from and away from the busy port side of the island Loads of local restaurants to enjoy. The restaurant was difficult to book. However the resort has loads of choices within a 5 minute walk. The pool loungers get filled up very early. Bar is overpriced considering how well priced most local restaurants were.

There is nothing to fault. It was beautifully clean, the staff were wonderfully attentive at the right level. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, including smaller details like hair straighteners in the room, full toiletries and even an umbrella should it have been needed….but thankfully not! The food was excellent and fresh. If I had to find a negative, we were there right at the end of their season and they had run out of some wines on their wine list…..minor issue as they always had an alternative ☺️

Great location for much needed down time. Room was good. Poolside was great. Breakfast was very good and the main shops and restaurants. We probably should have stayed another couple of days. If you push me I'd say maybe some of the tourist info we got from one of the front desk. She didn't about the donkey rides in Fira but you are really making me dig for something.
