The staff was wonderful! Only that there should be some lesser lighting like a lamp in the Main room and not just to very bright overhead light

We loved the place and location — very close to the sea! The hot bath was amazing as well as the food at the restaurant. The only thing we noticed is that the front yard is not private — people on the terrace of the restaurant could see inside of it, as well as the people passing by on the street (the gates were very short).

The location is the best part of Santorini. Beautiful beaches just feet from the steps of the hotel. The staff was amazing and eager to accommodate any request. That we couldn’t stay longer.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Santorini Crystal Blue from September 2–6, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our time in Santorini was truly unforgettable. They not only accommodated every request but genuinely cared about our stay—helping us arrange transportation around the island, securing dinner and excursion reservations, and checking in with us throughout the week to ensure everything was perfect. The amenities were equally impressive. The hotel provides more than enough beach lounge chairs for both guests and visitors, and the beachside food and drink service was a highlight we enjoyed daily. The bar staff and servers were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and quick to offer fantastic local recommendations for restaurants, bars, and shops. By the end of our stay, they felt more like friends than staff. The location in Kamari was ideal for a five-day trip. The beachfront pedestrian walkway provided easy access to restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it possible to spend entire days enjoying the area. At the same time, the staff-arranged transportation made visiting Oia, Fira, and other parts of the island stress-free. Breakfast each morning was another standout—fresh, plentiful, and with a wide variety to satisfy all dietary needs. It was the perfect way to start each day. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed at Santorini Crystal Blue. It exceeded all expectations, and we cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Santorini. We will absolutely be back soon!

We had the beach apartment. It was beautiful, cozy, and quaint. The property was in an exceptional location. We were steps from a black beach, restaurants, shops, and picturesque scenery. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They were the type of staff that you want to hug before you leave! We will undoubtedly stay at this hotel again! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Absolutely incredible staff that clearly wanted our stay to be perfect. The chef even asked exactly how our picky 5 year old wanted his fruit plated—he gets kids. Food was delicious, breakfast included. Staff was wonderful with arranging dinner reservations and transportation. Our room was gorgeous and included hotel swag—beach bag, hat, nail care kit. A nice surprise. Free beach loungers, umbrellas, bean bags and quick beach food/drink service at a touch of a button. Fantastic area steps from the beach with lots of adorable shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! Everything was wonderful. The only thing I’d add would be unlimited free drinking water, a water bottle refill station would be great. They did leave a couple bottles a day in each room, as tap water isn’t drinkable on the islands.

A gorgeous self-contained villa right on the promenade. Whilst part of the hotel it was also private so a great result. The beach is right there with dedicated loungers, the seawater was soft/smooth which we think is because of the black rock/large sand. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was always appreciated. The little town of kamari is relaxed, has plenty of restaurants and a large hill next to it which was fun to climb. Finally, its super pretty, and a great place to chillax with an occasional dart across the island to the uber busy and rightly more famous Fira.

Awesome location right on the beach. Resort not too big (as some of the others nearby) and has a nice intimate feel. No car parking but there is public parking only about 10mins away

Exceptional

The room he had was very nice, bed was comfy and the bathroom was always clean. The beach is close only crossing a pedestrian street and you are there. The people in the hotel were always friendly, helpful and willing to do everything so you have the feeling you are on vacation in a special place :)

Everything - perfect beach front location, excellent food, drinks and customer service. Close to plenty of local bars and restaurants. Nothing!!

It’s clean, very well located, right in front of the fabulous beach with great view. Staff is very polite and meticulously caring. Owner provides with great dinner dishes and wine himself! Thus, the best place for relax!
