Aegean Gem

We had a fantastic stay at Aegean Gem Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with lovely views and great amenities. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet. A beautiful, boutique hotel that truly lives up to its name. Highly recommended! Nothing, everything was fantastic!

Everything was excellent.

Staff were superb! Cannot thank Nikolas enough for making everything so special. We were greeted on arrival with local alcohol and fruit even though we arrived very late at night due to flight delays. The facilities were perfect for our couples holiday - lovely pool, close to the beach, yum breakfast every morning. Jacuzzi on the balcony was added extra! Plenty of towels and toiletries supplied - different towels offered for shower and jacuzzi and pool. On our last day our flight home wasn't until the afternoon but Nikolas kindly let us leave our bags and there was a separate private showers we could use after being at the beach before our flight home. 10/10 hotel, can't recommend enough. Nothing! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nikolas and his family were so helpful, it was really their attentiveness and kindness that makes this hotel a fantastic place to stay. The hotel is in a great location, 5 mins from the beach and not far from the ruins of Thera (well worth a visit). Very occasionally there was a bit of noise from the street that we could hear in the room but this comes with the great location in the middle of Kamari.

We loved everything! It was a pleasure to stay at the Agean Gem, which really is a gem. Great rooms, we loved the view, nice pool, breakfast was perfect for us, location - just a short walk to the beach and to the Open Air cinema. Nikolas is such a great host, we really appreciated his kindness, friendliness and tips for our stay. We would love to come back and can fully recommend Agean Gem. Absolutely nothing

Great family run hotel with spacious rooms and a great location. The breakfast was very decent. All in all it was a great experience and we highly recommend it. The pool was a bit small and the rooms didn't have a particularly good view.

Good choice of breakfast, staff very friendly, short walk from beach and restaurants, amenities great, hot tub on balcony. Nothing - everything was great.

We had a really nice stay in the hotel. We loved our apartment and our terrace. The cleaning service was perfect. We missed a little bit of variety by breakfast

If I have to start somewhere, it will be the breakfast. On our first day, we arrived at 0800H, which was before the front desk was manned. Yet we were warmly welcomed to partake in the breakfast spread, which we found out later, was wonderfully prepared by Maria. Once we were good to check-in, Nikolas went thru all the briefings professionally yet cheerfully. And he was always helpful in answering our queries and offering recommendations. Our stay in Aegean Gem was simply superb, and I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone who is planning a trip to Santorini. Even though Kamari is supposedly a "quieter" beach, we just love it for the right mix of restaurants, shops, and peace. To our dearest hosts, Maria and Nikolas, efcharisto! We are already missing you, Santorini, and Greece! We ran short of shower gel in the room, but honestly, that was not a big deal at all. Perhaps you may want to look at slightly larger bottles for the shampoo and gel and body lotion, to possibly reduce the plastic wastes going fwd?

We had such an amazing stay. Nikolas is an excellent host and very attentive. The hotel is beautiful in a central but quiet location a stones throw away from some lovely restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach. The property was very clean, housekeeping came every day and the breakfast was lovely. Thank you for such a lovely stay. Nothing everything was great

Our stay here was fantastic. We were warmly greeted and looked after for our entire stay. If we visit Santorini again we would definitely stay at this hotel.

Location, staffs, quite. Everything good just a little dusty on table top hair dryer etc.

We loved the location, cleanliness, facilities, friendly staff & delicious breakfast. There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff is very friendly and we had very good breakfast on the rooftop. Very quite. Good for families, but if you like to party better choose another street in Kalamari.
