Staff was very forthcoming and helpfull. Location is in the center with the carzy traffic. Nice safe haven. All in all a good experience. Would recommend. Room was a bit datet but acceptable. Restaurant had very nice staff, but the kitchen was not accustomed to make a decent pizza. Maybe I could have told myself that fact.

the location was near to the city center, and their breakfast is so early served by their team, I really enjoyed the service at breakfast most especially Server called Fatiah who served me the meal she was presentable. the view to the city was wow rooms are are good their massage is good

caring staff and nice rooms the hotel is just next to a Kenyan bus station which was an advantage to me the hotel was on my budget and got exactly what I wanted the Manager Mercy was really helpful and calm
