Toilets weren't that good and the bed was very uncomfortable plus the noise outside was too much

The breakfast was good even the location of hotel is in good place. They didn't accept online payment. Also I didn't like how the rooms are the side of the road so during night you still hearing the motorbike and vehicles passing.

The staff was friendly and the chalet was spacious. Although Forest Cottages are very central you are surrounded by trees and other plants what creates a nice atmosphere. A lot of things were missing in the kitchen although they were listed in the description. There were neither dishes nor cutlery, no microwave, no oven and no dishwasher. The bed was very small with a length of around 1.90 m or less.

It felt like we were in a rustic and beautiful setting. Lots of shade and even velvet monkeys were playing in the trees. The grounds were clean and well maintained and the night lighting was awesome! The staff were always very attentive and kind. Always offering and assisting with helping us with our bags. The food is soooo good!!! The fact it felt like we were in a cabin and in a jungle. The trees and views were beautiful.

Very peaceful and serene The resturant service especially waiters outside are really not proactive it took a while to get any service despite the waiters hanging around.

The night we were there, several graduation parties went on late into the evening with very loud music. This made it very difficult for everyone in our party to sleep.

The room was very cold... The curtains did not cover all the windows, and the window by the entrance did not even have a curtain... Very disappointing...
