The property needs to be cleaned, renovated, the carpet is old and smells bad. I was shocked when I got there, sadly it was too late to find another hotel in the area. Poor service, the food is a nightmare. Not the same Imperial hotel I used to know. It’s just the name and the outside building. Inside it’s rotten and should be shut for renovations.

The bed was very comfortable! I wasn’t told about any of the hotel’s facilities, the phone in my room was broken and I didn’t know my breakfast was included until I was checking out. The whole place is very dark too ant my bathroom tap barely turned on in the shower. I never saw the swimming pool which was a shame!

I love the room especially the bed is so comfortable and the room is spacious and clean. The Hotel is very convenient as it's proximity is central to various attractions. It's an old shower head however it's a great place. I'll definitely utilise the hotel again

Totally nothing, it was a great disappointment The facility is so dilapidated and we had cockroaches in our room. The room was very dirty and old. My son cried through the night because of the roaches.
